More details to this question:
I accepted a Job offer from a company that agreed to my requirements. Now after giving up my last job and home, they pulled out. Do I have right to sue for loss wages and relocating costs?

Possibly. Its called promissory estoppel. The real issue will revolve around the damages which absent a contract for employment may be limited.
