QUESTION

LLC owner broke mentorship agreement.

Asked on Nov 20th, 2019 on Contracts - Florida
More details to this question:
LLC owner of company in question broke a contract that subjected me to earn 75% of all incoming fees received on every deal closed. I met all my duties as an agent under his contract and have not even received a %10 of what was made on my first deal. Person in question is a scammer and has done this with several people. I have more than enough proof showing his games of deception and damages caused by his lack of compliance with his own contract terms. I need to know how to approach this case and hopefully rid the world of this scammer.

Easy - you spend the money to hire a civil litigaiton lawyer, out of pocket typically, and sue the company/owner for breach of contract. Hopefully your contract has a legal fee recovery provison and you will beable to recover the fees spent.
