Misrepresentation

More details to this question:
My lawyer promised me that he will save my house, miss the court date twice, never gave me any proof or document regarding my case , to long to explain on a short notice.

Unless you have such a promise in writing, anyone will struggle to believe a lawyer would "promise to save your house". If he was retained to defend a foreclosure and simply failed to appear at hearings, you may have a malpractice claim, but theremay be difficulty proving damages, unless there is some lock solid issue that would have "saved your house" other than you payingoff mortgage or refinancing it.
