More details to this question:
Not sure what this means. We had a vehicle, blew rod 6 mo. after we got it. Buy here, pay here. Kept in touch with them. They would not help. 50000.00 to drop new engine. We are both on disability, considered low inco e. No savings, no assets of any kind other than our mobile home. We are not sure what to do. No money for an attorney.

There is not much to do. The dealer is not rquired "to help you" because your poor or on disability, when you car breaks. If you dont pay the money owed, they will likely get a judgment against you otherwise. Whether they can collect the money of course is a different issue.
