Moving out of apartment

More details to this question:
My lease is up feb 10,2015. I gave a 30 day notice. My apt complex said I was suppose to give 60 days, so now they have added an extra 175.00 to my rent for Feb and have me now moving out March 10th. Arnt I free to leave when my contract is up, or do I have to pay extra now. It's In the contract 60 days but I never relized that. Thanks

You can leave anytime you like, long as you pay what you owe. If you move out and then don't pay, you will likely find yourself getting collected on or sued by the LL.
