QUESTION

Music producer still selling beat after I bought exclusive rights

Asked on Oct 30th, 2014 on Contracts - Ohio
More details to this question:
I paid for the exclusive rights for a beat from a music producer, the agreement on his website says he cannot sell this beat after the exclusive rights have been purchased. I have pictures of the conversations and the agreement on his website. I'm unable to get the money back via Paypal because it's been over 60 days, if I would have noticed he was trying to continue selling the beat sooner obviously I would have gotten my money back. Is there anything I can do?

You can sue the producer for breach of contract and infringement of copyright (I assume that copyright rights are the "exclusive rights" to which you refer.)
