My 83 year old sister purchased a water purifying system.

More details to this question:
The cost was $5995 to be paid over five years at $120 per month. Total comes to $7195. Contract did not reflect any interest charges and there was a statement saying the price included any interest charges. Is this contract legal or misleading or fraud???
