I live in TN and he lives in AZ. When the money was sent to him as a loan, he was already living in AZ and I was/am living in TN. When I file for a small claims lawsuit for his non-payment according to our documented terms, can I file in Rutherford County (my residence) or do I have to file in AZ? Funds were submitted to him electronically via PayPal.
