My legal rights on appealing court decision

More details to this question:
2010 court order on paying child support back in 2010 judge ask me since you have one child and she has one do u want to squash the child support. At that time I default 24 months later I was back in court on x wife seeking more money. Do I have the right to stop child support by law even if judge ordered me to still pay.

Your question is unclear. However, normally, if a judge directs you to pay child support you have to pay it even if you think the law is otherwise. Under those circumstances, your next step is to appeal the decision to an appellate court and ask for a stay.
