My boyfriend just brought a house that he says now he would have brought it if I didn't want it. Now a lot has happened in the 3 months we have been here in the new house including him losing his Job. He has money set a side. He likes to drink and flirt on the internet I noticed in the past 6 months and now tat we are both stuck here he says he wants to be alone.

Rights to what exactly? In the eyes of the law, if you aren't married, you have no "rights" in relation to "a freind" beyond the right to break up with him and move out. He paid for the house so he has the right to legally force you to leave and you have no legal right to stay.
