QUESTION

need to file against former employer

Asked on May 04th, 2017 on Breach of Contract - Florida
More details to this question:
employer was license holder of previous employment . I was in constant contact with the license holder about the illegal activities of the company renting his license . He started pitching for me to move to Orlando area to work for his company saying his company didn't do illegal work and I would be making much more money . His company engages in far more egregious activities than previous employer and it wasn't until I had rented a home and started working for him that he had been lying about everything and I would be paid by salary . Needless to say this was a tremendous loss in income . When the legal issues didn't desist , I was forced to quit and report the illegal activities to the State Fire Marshal . This resulted in slandering my name to life safety companies and committing fraud to the state unemployment office to avoid compensation .

So the question is uncertain but you may have a whistleblower act claim that you should consult a lawyer about as well as if there is any employment contract to review
