More details to this question:
I have a 1 year non solicitation agreement with a former employer - I transitioned to a smaller firm looking to ramp up their business, I reached out to a prior contact just to re-connect over lunch as its been a while since we were able to talk. On the walk back to their office to say bye a former partner saw us and im about 90% sure took a picture of us together - the client that i met with is a large company who my new firm couldnt even do work at (were not even on their vendor list) am i in any danger here?

Non compete clauses are narrowly construed and must be evaluated on a case by case basis. The first step would be to review the contract. Once an attorney has reviewed the same, a proper opinion can be given.
