More details to this question:
Joint ownership of small airplane & motorcycle with sister through a 50/50 probate settlement. She has not been paying her 50% storage fees or expenses due for the items and will not agree to selling the items to cover the payments due. Would somehow like to get permission to sell the items so that I can pay off her obligations and get reimbursed for my expenses.

You will have to hire a lawyer to do this and it will likely be cost prohibitive if she contests the issue unless the plane and bike worth a substantial amount.
