More details to this question:
NJ pharmacist gave my husband wrong physician order/wrong dose of carvedilol.during a 5 month period. Until the physician and I made a shocking discover over a perios of 1 year./Now his attorney abanded the caseknowing time were and essence. I asked her to over night the medical records and she sent them by rregular mail. We need and attorney the File our case befor the deadline on July 2/2014
