Probation and going to Colorado?

I am currently on probation for possession of Mary J. My drug test is the 20th of august. If I go to Colorado, come back, then fail my test, will i get off scott free because i smoked legally?

No - you will not get off scott free because having the drug in your system is a violation of your New Jersey probation regardless of whether or not you obtained that drug legally.
