QUESTION

Professional Pet Sitting Contract

Asked on Apr 14th, 2014 on Contracts - Florida
More details to this question:
I'm bonded & insured thru Business Insurers of the Carolinas . How can I avoid being sued personally if anything should ever happen. If the contract says that any claim is limited to the pet sitters liability only does this cover me. Or should I become an LLC?

The only way to get an answer to such things is to hire legal counsel of your own, as your business attorney, andhave them help you establish these things to run your business. To be clear, it is MUCH cheaper to have lawyers set things up right than to fix things that go wrong.
