Promotion on purchase made which was not valid

More details to this question:
I purchased a cell phone from Samsung and was offered a rebate in form of credit card.Instead I received a check which I deposited in my account.; The check was charged back with a fee from my bank. I was told that the account on the check was not valid. I called company and was not given a response. The phone call was terminated by them. I

Need to see the details of this as this sounds more like a bank access scam or a local store issue than a manufactuer issue. You should bring your paper work o a local lawyer and have them review it ASAP.
