In 2010 I did owner financing on some land we were to close 2013 .The buyers were divorced .One of the buyers signed the deed back but for some reason the other will not sign.What can I do? I need to put it back on the market.

Unfortunately, whatever money you might have saved without a real estate lawyer to address the transaction, will likely be spend several times oversorting this issue out. There are many many issues that need to be addressed here and you will likely need a lawyer to properly sort them out.
