Questions regarding obsessed ex that will not stop even with a signed contract/agreement.

More details to this question:
Ive had an obsessed ex GF that I am having issues with. I have tried every thing known to man to part ways peacefully. I have hundreds of horrible/mean/threatening txts/msgs . Last week, I had a contract/agreement drawn up stating that if returned a few items she'd given me (as birthday presents etc) that she would not contact me personally or digitally and would go peacefully without any further threats/obsessive/psychotic behavior (in diff words of course) . We met to return the items and have the document signed and notarized, which we did. That was almost a week ago. I have gotten consistant horrible msgs and threats and now my current GF is even recieving threats/msgs . Ive blocked her on everything that I can but with email. she just makes a new one each time. Please help as this is mentally draining me almost to the point of a paranoid depression. There has to be something I can do but so far the local police and lawyers have been no help.

You can't contract with Devil and make a fair bargain. You either need to ignore her, or report it to law enforcement though it may well escalate the issue or hire a lawyer to try to get a restraining order.
