More details to this question:
I have a furniture from a rent to own company. I first sign the first contract but then changes where made that I had to drop some furniture from the contract. The company wrote a new contract am I still responsible?

You're still responsible for the furniture you have retained. You are not responsible for the furniture you have returned or not taken.
