More details to this question:
If a home buyer breeches contract and I put my house investment back on sell and end up selling it for less, can I then sue for compensatory damages? Also, what are the pros and cons to putting my house up for sell again with no contingencies? Thanks!

Depending on the contract you had and the breach, you can sue the first buyer.

If you have a contract to sell your house, and the buyer breaches it, the buyer would be liable for damages caused by the breach, certainly including the difference between the amount the buyer contracted to pay and any lesser price you are forced to accept.  I'm sorry, I'm not sure I understand the second part of your question.
