Relative clear cut, company was contracted to undertake a service, company concerned after several chances filed to produce adequate service, failed multiple times to meet deadlines and or meetings, damaged our property, did not produce what was requested, took unsolicited monies from credit card etc¿ full report available after discussing with chosen law firm,

If you really want lawyers to spend thier time to review your post, you need to spend your time providing something useful for them other than "I gotta issue! Who want to be the lucky one to get it, BUT only on a percentage basis!?" Lawyers only take such cases with clear liability, clear ability to collect the money and the effort has to to justify the amoutn recovered, I.e. noone wil take a case for 40% of a $1,000.00 case, beyond writing a quick letter to get it, and certainly wouldnt file a lawsuit.
