Seller is refusing to close after having signed all doc needed for closing this morning; what can we do?

This site is not budget substitute for actually hiring a lawyer. I fyou have such an issue you need to now hire the real estate lawyer you sould have hired from the start to make sure things go properly. You need to do this ASAP.
