More details to this question:
I had a leak in my kitchen sink. I went on line to find a plumber. A company by the name ELR called and came out to see the damage that the leak had done. The guy said to me that I can get my homeowners insurance to cover this. I did not know any of this. He said that I will be able to get all new cabinets. The water from my sink did do damage to my cabinets. anyway, the insurance paid for the cabinets and the guy came in and put in the cabinets and a plumber came in and fixed the sink. I noticed that my counter top was cracked by the sink. The sec. at ELR called and said that they were going to send me the papers to sign off on my cabinets because they were finished. I told her that they were not finished. She was surprised and I told her that my counter top was cracked by the sink. She was surprised and the guy that put in the sink came over and looked and said that the plumber did it. Then ELR and my insurance came over to check it out. it has been 2 mos. and no one has fixed anyth
