More details to this question:
1yr contract for dockage at marina at Stock Island 33040. As I the renter became incarcerated on 1 June, 5 months into the agreement and unable to pay I did write marina assigning agents to move the vessel mitigating damages. Marina response was to siezed vessel and Stonewall for 4 months then offer to sell vessel to my agent without proof of title. US Coast Guard Documented Vessel. Have not received notice of lien.

So - you engage in criminal activity  - get incarcerated, and the remedy is to expect the marina to bear the expense of moving and storing your vessel for you? Not a good plan. You wull need to spend the money to hire an admirality lawyer ASAP to address this. It may be cheaper to offer to pay all of the past due expenses and see if they wll give you your vessel back.
