More details to this question:
Sold a car on eBay had it for about a yr. In the listing I put all known damage that I know about. I also added a link for free from carfax with the history of the car. I added car is sold as is I had the buyer sign a bill of sale also saying sold as is. He drove down from ct to nj inspected the car signed and paid towed it back to ct. 3 days later I get a email I want my money back this car has much more damage then you listed its been in a accident and has electrical and frame damage. I explained in the yr I had the car I never had a accident and it was in okay shape. He is demanding I drive to ct pick up the car and refund car , gas and tolls. I went to DMV and the police station they told me I did everything correct. I contacted eBay and they told me I was not at fault. Now he is emailing saying he is going to sue me.

It does sound like you did everything right.  That doesn't mean that the person can't sue you - it just means that if the perosn does sue you they won't win.  Good luck.
