QUESTION

Text Msg agreement

Asked on May 02nd, 2015 on Breach of Contract - Florida
More details to this question:
There were also times during this period where she asked me to make her "one day loans" for whatever reasons where she would pay me back later that evening or the next day which she always did until the loans made to her in the end. The "one day" loans I was not charging any interest. All loans I made and all repayments she made were made through back transfer as we both happened to have the same bank. The loan amounts were pretty consistent and ranged between $400 - $600. On March 1st of 2015 she borrowed a loan of $1000, 2 days later on March 3rd another $1000, on March 11th another $500, and a few hours later that same day another $500, and finally on March 24th she borrowed for $400. At this point her debt was $3400 which she agreed to pay back at the end of the month (end of march) with 20% interest. She has not paid me back and I would like to know if I can go after her for this money since everything was done through text message. (please see other message I sent)

You need to talk to a lawyer before doing anything further as you likely have an illegal agreement.
