More details to this question:
they keep calling me at least 5x a day, asking if I take Viagra, I am on the do not call list, I have asked them numerous times to stop calling and they have not. im done and not I want them to pay for harassing me.

You will get no payment for the harassment. When I get repeat calls I tell them I am very interested and to please hold on. Then I put the phone on the ledge and go do something else. If they are still there, tell them you are very, very very interested and to please hold. Eventually they will stop calling. If they don't make sales, no sense in calling.
