verbal contracts

More details to this question:
I was subcontracted work for a construction company for three and a half Yeats I worked there. I had people that worked under me which I paid.I got paid wheter I worked or not as long as my workers worked.I would usally make $25 a day per guy.now iI haven't worked since feburary but the guy has some of my workers there since then.and I haven't been paid anything. In fact he tried to hide it from me.is there anything I can do to get the money I'm entitled.
