i bought my car 4 months ago my front end differential was bad so my car has been at the dealership for 1.5 months and the part that is bad is under warranty but the warranty denied my claim saying that the part is pre existing condition but i bought the extended warranty

You will need to hire a laywer to deal with the warranty company. Problem is that you might have to invest more than the repairs to fight the warranty issue - BUT - you will generally get your legal fees reimbursed if you win.
