I have a contract with a web design company to develop a website and code a couple software programs. We are long overdue with the when the contract dictated a completion date. I've extended his due date via email to accomodate the issues he has been having completing the contract. He has stopped responding about a week ago, and I am wanting to get my deposit back and know what other options I have. Thank you for your time.
