What action can I possibly take against car shield

More details to this question:
I have a powertrain warranty with car shield my engine dropped a valve seat causing my engine to fail now they want stand behind the warranty saying it's not covered it's a internal part of the engine

A warranty is a contract. If you believe that Car Shield has not fulfilled its warranty, you would cue it for breach of contract.
