More details to this question:
My daughter tried to get me to co sign for a car for her at Victory Honda In San Bruno CA. and it did not go through because of her bad credit but somehow the dealership approved me for a loan and let her drive off in the car I never signed any paperwork and now she has gotten over 780.00 in fastrak tickets 694.00 is due on the car because she hasn't made a payment. I called the dealership and I was first asked how did they approve a loan if you did not sign paperwork then I was asked what would I like them to do. I explained that I wanted them to get my name off of that car and return my credit score back to normal. I was then told someone named Andre (The Salesman that sold the car) would call me back. Its been 2 days I haven't heard one word from anyone. I am reaching out for help to see if someone can help me make this happen I don't feel I should be accountable for this issue caused by a money hungry dealership.

Your problems may be caused by a greedy dealership, or they could be caused by your daughter forging your name, or some combination of the two. Either way, if you die the dealership you can bet it will try to shift the blame of the forgery (assuming you can prove the forgery) on to your daughter   Only you can decide whether the suit is worth the problems in your family relationship
