QUESTION

What are our rights

Asked on Jul 30th, 2024 on Contracts - Florida
More details to this question:
We purchased custom furniture from a furniture store. There is a no return policy on custom orders. The problem we have is that the furniture quality and finish looks nothing like we looked at in the showroom or on the manufacturers website. We have spoken to the salesman and their customer service people. They sent a guy out that was supposed to fix it if he could but he only took pictures. We spent over 10000 dollars on this furniture and expected quality furniture.

This is a matter of contract and warranty terms. You describe 2 different issues - aesthetics and quality. If you are not able to secure a remedy with the manufacturer, you may need to spend the money to hire a lawyer to intervene. Use the find a lawyer feature for that.
