It is not clear to what you refer when you use the term "corrective measures." It is fairly clear that this contract does not, as you say, help you. The principal purpose of the contract is to establish eHarmony's rights and to limit yours, including to provide for resolution of disputes in a forum that is unilaterally favorable to eHarmony and for the limitation of any kind of warranties. These terms essentially give you the right to use the service. eHarmony isn't responsible for the results.
