what do i need to do if client want pay his bill?

I have done some a/c work for a client, and he want pay me. He has all kinds of reason why he want. I text him 1-19-16 and he told me he was going to pay me after MLGW, the telephone bill, and the mortgage.

You can sue him in General Sessions Court (small claims court) for what he owes you.
