What recourse do I have if my contract is not being honored?

More details to this question:
I signed up for a Payment Protection Plan that would cover my monthly payments in case of involuntary unemployment or in the case of an unforeseen disability. The company honored my claim for involuntary employment, but when my disability was approved; they failed to honor that part of the agreement.

You can start a lawsuit to compel the company to honor your contract.
