WHAT RIGHTS DO I HAVE IF SOMEONE IS PLANNING ON SUEING ME?

A FORMER CO WORKER IS PLANNING ON SUEING ME, I ARRANGED A TRIP THRU MY TIME SHARE AND ON THE COMPANYS BEHALF NOT EVERYTHING WAS BOOKED PROPERLY. SO THEY WANT THERE MONEY BACK AND I RESPECT THAT BUT IT DOESNT HAPPEN OVERNIGHT. THEY DONT GET THAT, AND ITS MY TIME SHARE . BUT THEY CONT TO TEXT ME EVERYDAY AND THREATEN ME WHAT ACTIONS CAN I TAKE
