More details to this question:
I was in an accident on August 17, 2018 which caused considerable damage to my 2016 F150. After receiving estimates and getting the go ahead from my insurance I chose one and took my truck to them on August 24, 2018. Now it is Jan 07, 2019 and I still don't have my truck. The collision shop has been giving me the run around and changed the date of completion 5 times. My insurance company says they can't help expedite this because I chose a shop outside their network. I am confident that the body shop is doing this on purpose to "punish me" for giving them a bad review on social media after the first 3 months of lies and excuses. Any advice?

Go to the body shop and tell them that you want your truck in whatever condition that it is in. Have it towed to a body shop that is within the insurance company network to have it fixed.
