What type of lawyer do I need?

More details to this question:
I am co-owner of a business. My partner locked me out, called police to say i sexually harassed her and just filed for bankruptcy claiming i am responsible for debt and have disappeared.

A criminal lawyer if charges were filed.  A commerical lawyer like me for the rest.

  Assuming the business is a partnership or an LLC, you likely need a lawyer who can read the company's operative documents (if it’s an LLC, that lawyer would review the Operating Agreement, or if it’s a partnership, the lawyer would review the Partnership Agreement) and determine how the business is managed and what your rights are now that your partner is trying to cut you out.
