Since the statement is so vague, the answer starts with any civil trial lawyer. Deciding what legal action you CAN verses SHOULD take revolves around a variety of factors that you will need to discuss with the lawyer you retain to address this issue. The options range from do nothing, to send a demand letter to file suit. If you have any further questions feel free to call 1-800-922-6442 for a FREE consultation.
