When does the statue of limitation begin?

More details to this question:
Bank gave a non member money from my LLC account saying they used a power of attorney in 2007. Their investigation concluded in 2008 with them saying I have to sue the non member. They have not given me the proof supporting the case after numerous request and requests to investigage the bank employees involved. When does the statue of limitation began on a fraud case agaist the bank? They have not given me the requested information last request was made in 2014.

That is a question that canot be easily answered. SOL issues revolve around the WAY you sue people called "causes of action". Out of the gate, however, is that 7 years have passed and it appears you have taken no action, and this will likely exceed all of the applicable SOL provisions under Fla. Stat. 95.11.
