Bank gave a non member money from my LLC account saying they used a power of attorney in 2007. Their investigation concluded in 2008 with them saying I have to sue the non member. They have not given me the proof supporting the case after numerous request and requests to investigage the bank employees involved. That is a question that canot be easily answered. SOL issues revolve around the WAY you sue people called "causes of action". Out of the gate, however, is that 7 years have passed and it appears you have taken no action, and this will likely exceed all of the applicable SOL provisions under Fla. Stat. 95.11.
