More details to this question:
My vehicle was damaged by a valet in Alachua County. The corporation that owns the valet is in Hillsborough County. Where do I file the small claim suit ?

You can file in in either. BUT you are likely wasting your time if they wouldnt pay for the damages voluntarily.
