More details to this question:
At the time of breached of contract I owned a night club. What better way to open a new night club by having the top recording artist in the world to perform. I had a contract with one of the biggest record labels in the would to show up for my birthday party. The contract was for $17,000. to make a long story short the artist was suppose to show up at 1:00 am but didn't arrive until after 3 am by that time the club was already closed. I was left with a lot of fans asking for their money back from tickets sales. I had family that came to visit from out of state to watch this artist perform. my birthday party was a disaster . I had to pay for radio ads, flyers, and tickets which i was never compensated for. I never received my $9,000 from the artist/ record label back. However, when i tried to reach them i got the run around. The day after the event my night club received such a bad name I lost the business. I don't know what to do.
