QUESTION

Will I be issued a warrant for defaulting on a pay day loan?

Asked on Jun 13th, 2014 on Breach of Contract - Florida
More details to this question:
A Company called me stating I had a warrant for my arrest for defaulting on a pay day loan, and scared me into giving my debit card info to pay 200 a paycheck. Without thinking I did, but then found out that it's likely I do not have a warrant. After I payed he initial 100.00 and not receiving a receipt on any sort, I changed my cards, as I do not have an extra 400 a month of right now. They are claiming breach of contract because they cant get the money. I am worried about the outcome. The loan was for 625.00 about 7 years ago in Las Vegas, Nevada.

This is probably a fraud scheme. Unless youknow for fact that it was legitimate, you need to change your bank account and any cards you gave them. If you have further questions, feel free to contact us at 1-800-922-6442 for a FREE consultation.
