QUESTION

will I win a small claims court case?

More details to this question:
My Girlfriend moved out of our apartment at which we both signed a lease to. To get me to agree to sign the 60 day move out notice she put forth the idea through text that she would pay all of the rent for April and the fee to break the lease, she said I would just have to handle utilities. She said through text she wanted to do this to make right the fact that I paid the first two months rent by myself. I agreed through text and now that I have signed the 60 day move out notice she is saying that she will only pay half of rent for April. Do I have a case with the text being my written agreement to make her pay all of April's rent and the lease breaking fee that she had put forth?

Yes. If what you say is accurate and you have the text messages that say what you say they say, then you will win.
