More details to this question:
My daughter made a purchase at Carls Jr, while she was driving home she was drinking her vanilla shake, suddenly it became hard to suck on the straw, when she approached a red light she took the cover off the cup and there was a napkin stuffed at the bottom of the cup. She called the corporate office to make a complaint, they took her information and a week later called her and told her they spoke to the employees and they deny the incident happening. Of course they are going to deny it. I would like to know is there anybody you can recommend that can advise us what can be done about this situation?
Happily there were no medical damages or severe emotional trauma like finding a rodent, or 1/2 a rodent in your food. Without damages, you are just counting on Carl Jr. to "do the right thing".
