Dear Sirs, can anyone demand personal owner information of the corporation or it's shareholders information (First and last name, place of birth, residence, passport information)? If not, which law prohibits it?

It is not prohibited but disclosure is not a matter of public record. In litigation it may be the proper subject of discovery, but matters like passport information, etc. may be totally irrelevant.
