Work Related Harassment

More details to this question:
I am an Assistant Manager at a National Chain. Murphy USA. I have an employee since day one has given me nothing but trouble. It's turned Racial and now she is involving my children. I have contacted HR as well as my District Supervisor. Nothing is being done. I have filed a Police Report for Harassment. It's happening on and off the job. She is African American and I am White. I am in no way prejudice. My Fiance is African American. This has been going on for over a month now. Now that they know I am contacting Lawyers they want to try and resolve the problem. I have to write a statement to the company about what's going on. Like they don't know already. This lady has ran off employees as well as potential employees with her mean demeanor. I am above her, I am her Boss but I cannot fire her because I am just an Assistant Manager. I have filed a Police Report on her for Harassment. I am losing hours now so we don't have to cross paths. I have text messages from the Trainer/ Manager.
