More details to this question:
I did a crime 3 years ago and I received 1 count of facilitation of aggravated robbery. I was put on judicial diversion and I only have one remaining year on it. I pleaded guilty but have no conviction. Will my rights be restored after my felony is expunged? Will I be able to own a gun, vote, leave country, etc.

Is the conviction deferred? If so, it does not appear on your public record and does not count as a conviction. The purpose of search sentencing is so you can honestly tell people you have not been convicted.

Diversion, if completed successfully, means that you do not end up with a conviction on your record. It's unusual to received diversion for the charges you've stated. You should contact the attorney that represented you to clarify.
